Before Anaconda, Jessica served as Head of Operations at ClearDATA, a venture-backed healthcare technology company, where she built operational infrastructure to support the company’s growth. Her career includes additional leadership roles in startup operations, demonstrating a consistent ability to establish scalable systems and processes that enable rapid, sustainable expansion.
